Marco carries out his activities in the field of insolvency proceedings and corporate restructuring. Thanks to his experience as a receiver and judicial commissioner, he provides advice and assistance to enterprises in crisis, also in the capacity of advisor and professional appraiser of rescue plans and prior arrangements with creditors. Together with other members of the firm, he contributes to the publication of manuals and monographs on the subject of business crises.
